French Clays have hit the Australian beauty market hard & fast, but what can they do for your hair?
From cleansers to masks, clays are becoming a popular addition to your skincare regime. We love this movement, and the return to natural ingredients for your skin health. We loved it so much that we thought, what would happen if we used clay in our hair? And we were so happy with the results, that we had to put it in.
We didn't just choose any clay, we went straight for the French Clay. Two of our shampoo bars contain the super ingredient of French Clay. We've got French Pink Clay in our Kiss By A Rose Solibar 🌹and French Yellow Clay in our Lemon-e Blow Ya Mind Solibar. 🍋
So why did we put it in?
That's easy. Used in hair, French Clays are able to stimulate the growth of healthy hair by removing product build up from the strands and scalp. #Winning
The French Pink Clay in our Kiss By A Rose Solibar contains minerals such as Illite, Iron, Calcite, Iron Oxide, Silica, Kaolinite, and Montmorillonite, which help to remove impurities from the skin. French Pink Clay is the most common additive in cosmetic products such as face masks as it helps to skin to regenerate skin, even out skin tone and much more.
French Yellow Clay in our Lemon-e Blow Ya Mind Solibar is rich in Silica, Magnesium and Iron Oxide. It is a soft but strong cleansing clay that is able to remineralise the skin and provide relief for sensitive skin. Putting it in, was a no brainer.
When applied to the hair, French Clays are able to keep dandruff at bay by eliminating dead skins cells and drawing out excess oil without stripping your hair. These gentle but powerful ingredients help us to create a shampoo bar that is moisturising and able to cleanse your hair without damaging your natural oil composition.
But don't just take our word for it, make the switch for yourself.
