We hate to break it to you but not ALL shampoo bars are born equal.

When we decided to create the Solibar there were a few things that we needed to make sure we had.

• We wanted to be made from natural ingredients,

• We wanted to be Vegan, 

• We wanted to have the least impact on the environment as possible, including packaging.

In fact, all of these things were non-negotiable for us. We don't feel that animal products need to be in a shampoo, especially when you can have such a wonderful product with plant-based materials.

And from this moment Solibar was born, a natural and Vegan solid shampoo bar that is not only incredible for you but also for the environment. It was a simple, no brainer, all-rounder. 

We wanted to be a natural shampoo bar because we valued the use of natural ingredients. But we also know that the trade-off here is that sometimes you might experience a 'TRANSITION PHASE'. We know that natural haircare may require more patience and it might not be for everyone, but if you persist the benefits are endless. Shampoo bars that do not have a transition phase, are not natural - they're synthetic-detergent. 

What to look for in a great shampoo bar:

🌿 Eco-friendly packaging and shipping 
🌿 No sulphates, parabens or other skin irritants or hormone disrupters. 

What is important here is, you need to ultimately choose the bar that meets your needs. However, if you can get a natural shampoo bar, that has sustainably sourced ingredients, and eco-friendly packaging then you have found a bar that ticks all the boxes. 🌏
